  • Netball North Harbour Yr4 Winter Competition commences May, and the Yr1-3 ANZ Future Fernz  Competion commences May. Contact HASCA
  • Basketball North Harbour Intermediate Yr7-8 Competition, 4:00 to 9:00pm (Sem1 T1&2, Sem2 T3&4). Contact HASCA
  • Homeschool Millennium Swimming (coordinator: Sandra Dawson) Learn to swim & swimming development programme @AUT Millennium, Rosedale. 11:30am to 2:30pm, 5-18 years. Runs all terms.
  • Homeschool (Millennium) Sports & Athletics (coordinator: Sandra Dawson) Land & water sports @AUT Millennium, Rosedale. 1:45pm to 2:45pm, 5-18 years. Runs terms 1 & 4 only.


  • HASCA Sewing Programme (1) (coordinator: Lizelle D’Costa) Beginner/intermediate level sewing, ages 9-17yrs. Torbay, 12:30pm to 2:15pm. Runs all terms.
  • Netball North Harbour College Yr 9 Winter Competition, 4:30 – 7:00pm commences May. Contact HASCA

  • Netball North Harbour College Yr9 Winter Competition, 4:30 – 8:10pm, commences May. Contact HASCA 
  • High-school English Level 2 (Yr12) with Angie Fraser. Level 2 NCEA English Programme. Term 2 in Northcote 9:30am to 11:00am / Term 3 in Glenfield. * level 1 NCEA exam prep class also available *

HASCA BASKETBALL (TEAMS): We enter homeschool teams into various Basketball inter-school competitions, including 3X3 leagues.
Team entries are based on interest (and numbers) and support from parents to coordinate/coach/manage. See HASCA Basketball.



  • Netball North Harbour College Yrs 10-13 Winter Competition, 8:00am-1:00pm, commences May. Contact HASCA 

HASCA NETBALL (TEAMS): We enter homeschool teams into inter-school winter competitions (terms 2&3) and social leagues (terms 1&4).
Team entries are based on interest (and numbers within each year) plus parental support: each team must have a coach, manager, and umpire. See HASCA Netball


  • Homeschool Library is free to all members and housed at the North Shore YMCA. (coordinators: Jo Wheeler & Miriam Koit)
  • HASCA Book Club – Scholastic Book Club available to all home educators! Excellent resources at great prices! HASCA Book Club (coordinator: Lin Li Webster)


  • HASCA Group Bookings for Tim Bray Productions at The Pumphouse, various shows annually. Bookings are advertised via email. (coordinator – Sharon Dove)
  • Various HASCA-run social and educational Outings & Events – these will be advertised via HASCA and other local networks as and when they happen. Contact HASCA
