Basketball Team Opportunities: 20170726_233505
Our junior home educated basketballers often go on to play in teams and compete against other schools in the North Shore YMCA basketball leagues (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Over the years our HASCA teams have been highly successful.

Our intermediate and senior (high-school) players go on to compete in various inter-school competitions facilitated by Harbour Basketball, and/or join Harbour’s representative teams. These leagues are played at the Eventfinda Stadium (previously the North Shore Events Centre) in Glenfield, or at AUT Akoranga or Albany campus’.

Sports team formation depends on sufficient player numbers and volunteers to manage and coach. Some years this is not achievable but we do try to make it happen when we can, with parent support! See HASCA Basketball, or email hasca.nz@gmail.com if you’d like to get involved. We also have teams playing in 3X3 leagues at Swish Factory in Albany.

HASCA does not directly run the ATA Basketball Programme, however we highly recommend and support it. Eva-Corrien is a dedicated homeschooling parent, HASCA member and committee member. Eva-Corrien and Randy are passionate about youth and basketball. Please support them through your participation.
