In term two, we are offering: NZSL, French, and Spanish.
Expressions of interest can also be registered for a new beginner NZSL class for term 4 2019. (Use contact form below).
Please support the Language Hub (and Sharon’s vision of providing one) by enrolling your children to participate ~ thank you!
Other language lessons may be added in the future based on interest. We welcome your feedback.

Option 1.
New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL)
12:00 to 1:00pm Fridays
at North Shore YMCA
T2 : May 10 – June 28 (8 weeks)

This is a continuing class from previous classes.
Some basic knowledge of New Zealand Sign Language is required to join this class.

Cost: $90 HASCA members / $95 non-members

Learn French
11:00am to 12:00pm – Fridays

NEW BEGINNERS CLASS! 

Come and learn French through games, interaction and fun for term 2! This is an immersion class, using FUN as the main teaching technique!

All welcome, come and give it a try!

Price: $100 HASCA members / $105 non-members

Option 3.
Learn Spanish
10:00am to 11:00am – Fridays
at North Shore YMCA
T2 : May 10 – June 28 (8 weeks)

Spanish for Beginners – for home educated children *7+years.

Term Fees: $130.50 HASCA members / non-members $135.50pp 
Note: minimum numbers required (rates may reduce if full class).  
*Please do register your interest for children aged 5-6 years.

MAXIMUM 10 per class

This class is a complete introduction to language learning through interactive games, drama and acting, story telling, fun songs and crafts. Children learn quickly and happily from the tutor’s structured method – based on communication and expression. The purpose of the lessons are on real language learning, not just language exposure.

The price includes a Babelzone subscription for online learning between lessons, activity sheets, rewards, and a Cafe.

Learn Mandarin 
Mandarin for 7+ years 
Mandarin will not run in term 2, equiries are welcome.

Mandarin for Beginners – for home educated children 7+ years.

Term Fees: HASCA member rate $102.00pp, Non-member $107.00pp per term (8 weeks)
Note: minimum numbers required (rates may reduce if full class)

MAXIMUM 10 per class

Mandarin for 5-7 years
Mandarin will not run in term 2, equiries are welcome.

Mandarin for Beginners – for home educated children 5-7 years.
