Kapahaka ~ Thursdays at the HASCA Hub

Kapa Haka group will take place on Thursdays at the North Shore YMCA as part of the HASCA Hub programme. Children of all ages are welcome & parents! Come along and join Tina for some waiata & kapahaka. 

Kia ora koutou Ko Tina Talaic taku ingoa, he uri tēnei nō Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāi Tūhoe, Waikato Tainui hoki Nei rā te mihi maioha ki a koutou katoa e te iwi.

Hi my name is Tina Talaic. My iwi are Ngāti Kahungunu in the Hawkes Bay, Ngāi Tūhoe, Ruatoki in the Bay Of Plenty & also Tainui I’m the Waikato.

I grew up in very musical Whānau of singer, songwriter musicians & I enjoy teaching kapahaka to children. I have been teaching Waiata & kapahaka the last 5yrs locally on the North Shore. Nau mai, haere mai.

Everyone is welcome, even parents can join in Tēnā koutou katoa
